Liquefication
Construction of a VL100 helium liquefier, 36 L/h, at the University of Augsburg
Design, manufacturing, assembly, and installation of a new helium liquefier with gas-bearing expansion turbines.
Scope of Supply:
- Cycle compressor, watercooled
- Oil Remover System with Gas Management Panel
- Coldbox including expansion turbines and freeze out purifier
- High-purity gas buffer 1x 5,000 l @ 16 bar
- Gas dryer
- Process control technology (MSR)
- LHe Dewar 2,760 l
- Installation of all system components
- Commissioning of the entire system
- High-purity gas piping within the building
- Maintenance of ongoing operations during conversion and construction phase, no significant losses
