New construction of a helium liquefaction plant incl. helium recovery

    • Coldbox including expansion turbines and freeze-out purifier

    • Transfer line from liquefier VL100 to stationary LHe Dewar
    • Transfer line from LHe Dewar to mobile Dewars
    • Automatic filling system for mobile Dewar incl. flexible transfer line
    • MSR technology
  • Scope of supply Helium recovery system
    • High-pressure compressors 1x WP4351 (87 Nm³/h)
    • Analysis Panel Type 7
    • Gas Balancing HP/LP with O2-Sensor
    • Helium-Balloon 20m³
    • Oil Remover System (Type PulseDryer)
    • High-pressure distribution Panel
    • 10x High-pressure Storage - 10xbundle á 12x50l @200bar
  • Automatic distribution of the helium via high-pressure panels
  • Installation of all system components
  • Commissioning of the entire system
  • Pure gas piping in the building
  • Maintenance of ongoing operation during the conversion and new construction phase, no significant losses
